Broadcast frequency and duration depend on the selected package.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before campaign production and broadcasting begins
- Booking will only be confirmed upon successful payment verification
- Customers must upload proof of payment (receipt) for verification purposes
- Payment reference should include customer contact number for tracking
3. Campaign Activation
- Payment is confirmed
- Final ad script/content is approved (if applicable)
BIGCOWFM reserves the right to adjust broadcast scheduling if necessary.
4. Content Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate product/service information.
- Edit content for clarity, length, or broadcasting suitability
- Reject illegal, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content
If script writing is required, BIGCOWFM will produce based on provided information.
5. Revision Policy
- One (1) minor revision allowed before final approval
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges
- No changes after approval during campaign period
6. Campaign Duration & Schedule
- Starts from confirmed broadcast date
- Runs continuously for selected period (30 days / 90 days)
- Broadcast frequency depends on package
7. Refund Policy
- All payments made are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.
- No refunds will be issued once production work or scheduling has commenced.
- No refunds are applicable for early termination, cancellation, or any unused airtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Business performance results are not guaranteed
- Not responsible for external technical issues
Advertising effectiveness may vary depending on market conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
- Final audio belongs to BIGCOWFM for broadcasting
- Customer usage requires prior written permission
- BIGCOWFM may use content for portfolio or promotion
